Service agreements

Land and Home SD provides free information and connects buyers with independent dealers, manufacturers, and contractors. We are not a dealer or contractor and we do not perform construction, installation, or any physical work. Any purchase or construction work is governed by a separate written agreement directly between you and the independent party you choose to work with. That agreement, not this site, sets warranty terms, pricing, cancellation policy, and payment terms for the work performed.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, written copy, images, branding, belongs to Land & Home SD unless otherwise noted. You may read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. Please do not reproduce entire articles, images, or branded materials without permission.

Third-party links

We may link to third-party sites (rebate programs, manufacturer documentation, etc.). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
